Madeleine has a specific interest in the treatment of trauma-related presentations, including PTSD and C-PTSD (childhood trauma), attachment trauma, and distressing life experiences. Additionally, she works with a range of disorders such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety-related presentations, depression, and emotionally challenging relationship dynamics. She offers comprehensive psychological assessment for all ages and presentations (e.g., ADHD, ASD, Personality, Cognitive)
EMDR and Therapeutic Modalities
Madeleine assists clients by tailoring the therapeutic approach to their unique requirements. Using a somatic approach, evidence-based therapeutic modalities include: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy (EST), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI),
Mindfulness, and Somatic Regulation techniques.
